Dr. Lee Sheng Tin is the creator of the Blissfully Fit Course. He is a motivational speaker, health and lifestyle consultant, board-certified health and strategic intervention coach, an Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and Functional Health consultant. He is also a certified TM and advanced technique teacher. David is the author of three books- Awaken To Your Divinity, Master Your Emotions: Transform Your Life, and I Remember, A Practical Guide To Self-Realization.
For over twenty-five years, David has lectured on human development, stress management, emotional fitness, and health to individuals, groups, and companies in the Caribbean and the USA.
